What do you like best about the leadership team?

Shelley and Casey always listen and try to resolve any matters at the earliest. They both go above and beyond to help make the work life smooth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of task and responsibilities that are entailed do not compare to pay. Also with the amount of experience I have in all aspects of a clinic commensurate compensation is not met.
