I feel like I can ask questions about my job or the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am honestly not sure what the company culture is. The environment is positive and professional, without feeling stuffy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together well. I am comfortable to ask questions and feel that I am valued by my immediate team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The extra tasks are the issue. They could be a full time job by themselves. We aren't allowed overtime, so accomplishing things like recalls and insurance authorizations is hard. If it was just the check in/out, I am fairly compensated, but the other tasks make the compensation feel lacking.
