Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would be nice to be values more than a 3% raise, especially for your 1 year anniversary. A 3% raise do not help when prices all around are skyrocketing faster than that on a daily matter.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team that I work with are great, friendly and understanding. As well as our patients are very happy that we finally have a Dermatologist here in our small town and not have to drive 2 - 4 hours away each time.
