Overall a positive experience thus far, some things could improve as far as pay and work-life balance but I do enjoy my team.

I like that our team is young and energetic, we all get along and there is no drama which is important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is very difficult that everything in this world is going up in price, including our 2024 benefits, while our pay has not been increased to compensate for this change even though the benefits have not changed or improved.
