Chose company due to its reputation however if you arent brown nosing or already friends with a higher up you wont go far.

Manager is good but its a hit or miss within the company. Had to switch positions to get a good manager

Be more open to employees and dont lead them on with false promises which seems to be how they are reeling in new hires.

Coworkers are good although those who arent on the front lines tend to be a 50/50 chance on wether they will judge you or not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is severely skewed. Employees that are tenured make less than the new hires who walk into the job. Nearly impossible to negotiate wages.
