They all act Texas nice, but that is not enough.

High performers are praised, but compensated equality to all other performers. Need to be better about paying for performance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to be more transparent and take accountability for the problems they cause. Leaders that circumvent the policies and rules are celebrated and promoted, but they are just selfish bullies.
