There are tons of leadership changes and my own role was transitioned in a reorganization very shortly after I started. While that has felt a bit chaotic, I really like the people I work with so far!
What makes you most happy at work?
My current manager gives me autonomy to work on big projects even though I'm a relatively new hire.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I am a former intern - the mentors that I established during my internship remain a huge motivation for me.
