Making customer feel caref for, listened to and helped.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During covid reps/managers had goals and quotas set higher to reduce commission pay outs. While we were making them money the workers were losing money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm the manager of my team and we all click like a family and are able to treat our customers like family as well. Our energy bounces off eachother.
