Money amd efficiency. No micromanagement via KPI.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay more and bring back bonuses. Quit expecting specialized departments to be experts in every feild.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Health plan progressively gets worse and more expensive every year. Bonus switched to a magic stock that cashes out every year and it's not even a quarter of what it was.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Live and die by lean sigma six. The trainings are useless and meetings are like a 6th grade zoom. You no longer are in control of yearly performance bonus as it moved from individual to organizational performance. Instant way to obtain mediocrity from everyone.
