Great benefits but horrible leadership from AM to CEO. Expect you to tell the customer no without saying no. Commission changed they expect you to work harder for less pay, A LOT LESS PAY. Scheduling and hours are not as flexible as they use to be.

Aside from clocking out the fact that at least I have a job.

My interview was a lot more detailed and constructive years ago and now they give anyone a job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Infeel bad but the hiring team is downgraded vastly in the past years. Everyone should be given a fair chance but they hire people who clearly should not be working here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, better hours, we dont need to be here until 7pm, learn how to hire, train your management. Admit failure when you create a new pos system and its a flop stop forcing it and admit defeat.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be upfront and realistic, its nice to be positive but its obvious when a corporste decision isnt the best and they support it your just like really... they need better training I know more than my actual managers. The favortism in this company is like no other.
