They need to balance the focus on what we do well with how to grow the business. Growth is important, but so are happy appreciated reps.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to see my work family. I spend a large part of my life with them and it's important to have a good relationship with them.

We have a good time as a team. We can joke around and have fun.....at least until we are told to make calls to Cust that purchased day befor
