They have made commission nearly impossible to earn above $500 a month. They have team based commission and base hourly by state. They promised excellent pay but never is as much as they say. Work you senseless and have you sell products you dont get paid for selling.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to pay people more and increase commission from team to individual and take into account how they used to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can joke and get along even though we all struggle with the job. 6 of my coworkers quit in past 8 months
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to improve customer service wait times. Increase hourly and commission. Lower DM and higher ups pay so they see our struggles. And make realistic monthly goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live check to check and sometimes starve a few days. I never get to go on trips or do anything. I havent got new clothes in 2 years cause cant afford it. I eat spaghetti o's for lunch most days.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that we are humans and trying to help us not just scold and talk down to. Theyre so separated from their times as reps. They made great commission selling nothing and now we have way more products and goals with less commission
