Excellent. I'm a IBEW represented technician with 22 years with the company and have never called in sick. I'm well compensated and have benefits the are the envy of my friends. I have plenty of overtime earning opportunities and a supervisor that respects me and my opinions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the support of my first & second level managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The group of guys I work with; the pay I earn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Most employees seemed to be adept to the job they were offered. The pretesting by the company helps to reduce getting employees that are "clueless" about what they're doing - or have difficulty learning their job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is excellent. The pay -OR- benefits alone however are lagging now. I could do better working at a unionized contractor; but the work would likely be more difficult and under tougher conditions. Job security language in the union contract puts my mind at ease,
