When I started working we were paid more than adaquately. Over the years cost of living has not increased proportionate to compensation.
Less micro management from leadership that that is less about following a process to a T and more about giving their team support.
Has a very hip and millennial vibe where people are embraced as whoever they want to be and people are allowed to be unique.
