Each year it becomes more difficult to make the money we once made. Instead of being able to survive the changes in our economy, its harder because every year it seems that Verizon finds a way to take money from its frontline employees.

Teamwork, honesty, and respect sum things up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making the most money i possibly can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct team, which just means my district. There isn't much interaction with others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That at one point it was rigorous and that you had to make it thru three steps to be hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to support their people. Majority of them actually care about what is going on in the lives of their people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a leader i make $25 an hour. There are reps that make maybe $2 leas than me as a base. Im required to work OT but not get paid for it. I have to work some type of part time just to make sure my family can enjoy life.
