Compensation is very low for employees posting internally compared to comparable companies. There's no attempts to match the competition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have received an offer from a direct competitor thats 60k more than what im making. They didn't match inflation and I've had 4 title changes since I've been in my current position.
