It used to be a really good company, lots of perks for sales and the ability to make great money if you performed. Now we are woke, have a garbage comp plan designed by disconnected people and have leadership that is also disconnected from reality.

We all just work, we perform.

I'm just glad to be employed.

It was over a decade ago.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is human, we aren't force fed kool-aid. My manager works side by side with us and doesn't just bark orders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't been given a raise in 2 year yet I've been rated "leading" which is the highest you can be. I'm a top performer and feel I should be paid what I'm worth.
