Great place to work pre pandemic but they changed the commsion structure which cut our pay by a huge amount and now the atmosphere is no longer great! We use to love working for verizon but with the pay cut and extended hours its not the same. We need a new CEO asap

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give us our individual pay back so we get rewareded for our hard work and love working for the company again. The morale has taken a dive since team base commission and our hours extended.
