There is a lack of communication during the process. There is a HUGE disconnect between the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate. Negotiating salary is difficult. Constant under valuation of current employees and over valuing the outside candidates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate work environment is amazing. We support one another and understand that we need to in order to maintain. We care for one another and realize that the company is lead by an absolute fraud. We keep focused on what we control. Hope that a new CEO is close gives us hope.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely care for my co-workers. I have some very close friends on my team. I enjoy what I do. Not for the pay, but I enjoy helping customers. I enjoy building relationships and finding honest solutions that will help provide a positive outcome. If it weren't for my team I would've left.
