Leadership is terrible, they show favoritism amongst their team reps.

I love my leadership team because they are very informative and the support is outstanding!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is extremely picky with their staff, they have a great attendance policy however, they allowed me to have only 3 days of when my fiancé died, their attendance system glitches and they blame the employees and tell us there is nothing that they can do to help save our jobs. No Job security.
