Very poor work/life balance- off every fourth weekend. On late nights for years until you can obtain seniority.

What do you like best about your company?

Wages and compensation package is superb

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Very few weekends off.Little parking for disabled personnel.poor 401

What are some of the best things about your team?

Effective solutions and best-cases are always freely exchanged-- we always grow quickly together.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Open responses, made you think and show your unique solutions to a problem.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Realistic metrics, departments needed to correct errant ordering and dispatch issues open later hours to support customers real life schedules, not business 8:30 to 6 Mon-Fri only!!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Concentrate on rating our metrics realistically, not on idealistic outcomes. A customer issue may take 5 minutes or 20 minutes to resolve... we shouldn't have our screens flashing angrily when we are on a call 12 minutes in!!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need a whole new outlook from the top down (Executive) or sell off the entire FiOS/ Copper side of the business and become Wireless only. Senior management that makes metrics numbers is completely clueless and gets worse by the quarter. New technologies are deployed with known flaws.
