We all have each other’s back and are also close like a family. Work well together to get things done effectively as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment as far as how our team works together is great, however the unrealistic quotas and micro management makes things stressful and negative for all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micro management has become almost unbearable. Very stressful work environment makes you always think that your job is not safe. Very different from a couple years ago
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part used to be tha comission structure. That’s where all the main source of your income would come from. Recently it feels like the company raising quotas and making it much tougher to make same compensation expectations as previous years and sales are not getting better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management can loosen up a little bit and work better as a team and as if they are in the front line versus making un realistic goals and punishment on paper for not reaching these unrealistic goals. It will make the workplace much less stressful and get the reps excited to work again.
