Leadership wants you to lie to the customer but not get caught. Targets are held to a very high level of accountability which sounds great but not when the targets are extremely unrealistic.
Figure out which metrics equate to growth for the company and focus on those. Too much focus on too many metrics that may or may not have much of an effect on the company’s bottom line
