Telling the truth. They also give different messages to employees. They have a positive message for employees and then come down on leadership and tell them to do whatever it takes to change behaviors growth is king.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Verizon was a leader we set the trend in the beginning now we follow we are not hungry we focus on all the wrong things. Other companies are coming for us except we have a big head and dont see it that way. T mobile has taken a lot from verizon and they better wake up before it's to late.
