Been a long time, but there was clarity in terms of the interview process.

Generally, very open. However, don’t know future direction of company given voluntary separation offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The complete package is very fair. Health care benefits are very good, 401k match is good, Short-Term Incentive Bonus Program is paid out nearly 100% in most years, etc. No pension.
