They have decided the sales organization should make no more than 115% compensation, no matter how much effort I spit into the role.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Exec leadership no longer cares for mid level leaders. They are only concerned with their own movement and will cut anyone needed to make themselves look good for the next move. They have cut the company to the bone and it’s showing in customer support, both internal and external
