This is not a company where I will be able to stay long, due to the low integrity. I would certainly report the dishonesty up if I thought they didn't already know...however, this low integrity has been shown to at least be district level.

I absolutely love taking care of customers.

It was very detailed about the job responsibilities and how money could be made.

Integrity, and dealing honestly with customers. They literally teach sales people to take advantage of customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They literally tell employees that if you don't sale according to their dishonest tactics you will be "worked out"
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have educational meetings to help everyone stay very up to date on the latest promos and not talk sports the whole time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp plan good all around for those who work, but is works especially well for those who do what they are taught and rip customers off.
