It was tough at first because the training and getting acclimated was detailed and hard to learn their computer system, but after awhile I found my niche, and now feel I'm really helping our customers.

We help each other, we role play, and we support each other.

They have continuous trainings, and work one on one with goal settings, progress, and reaching goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a mutual respect for everyone, there's no discrimination, and we try to be all around positive.

The person interviewing put me right at ease, and made it more like a conversation rather than just firing questions at me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I'm providing for my kids by doing my best everyday. I like my team, co-workers, and direct supervisor. It's nice to feel like I'm part of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the salespeople do the majority of the work, and strive to make sure the customers are satisfied, and yet the executives sitting in the cush chairs get all the bonuses and perks.
