Working with my coworkers on projects that help improve the way our team operates.

The use of behavioral based interview questions where I was able to give examples from my past to explain how I am a good fit for the new role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that the company really believes that change energizes us. The leaders take public and employee safety extremely seriously and can/ will change their approach as needed to ensure everyone is safe and can also do their jobs effectively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team understands that while we have individual performance targets it is just as important for the team to succeed. We have a team culture that is based around communication, sharing ideas and helping each other out to achieve our common goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Verizon's leadership is very transparent with their employees. Always keeping in mind the employee experience in their decision making. The communication at every level of leadership makes working for Verizon a great decision. Everyone feels like part of the larger team.
