It started off great! I was happy with my pay, because I got paid for what I did, then it has been rapidly going downhill as they cut every incentive and extra thing that made it good place to work. Sad.

It was a small interview to get to know me and see if I fit what they were looking for, which at that tone was a salesperson.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that your front line employees make you money and you should pay them, not continue to require more from them while paying less and less every year.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need a CEO that cares about the front line and pays us for what we do rather than constantly cutting our pay and asking us to do more while pretending to care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Benefits are great along with a nice 401k match. Vacation time is good, but getting harder to use because we have less and less workers to spread the time off (if one person is off no one else can be off)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is great. My managers and GM in the store are amazing. We can be honest and get true feedback. Beyond my immediate team though, it is all lies and hidden facts about where the company is going and why they are doing things to make it worse for us all under the guise of transparency
