Health Benefits are great along with a nice 401k match. Vacation time is good, but getting harder to use because we have less and less workers to spread the time off (if one person is off no one else can be off)
My immediate team is great. My managers and GM in the store are amazing. We can be honest and get true feedback. Beyond my immediate team though, it is all lies and hidden facts about where the company is going and why they are doing things to make it worse for us all under the guise of transparency
