Freedom, like I own a small piece of the company. I believe Verizon stays true to their credo; that although we may be big we act small
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a Solutions Manager in Retail. Over 40 hours I am paid halftime. I believe that is unfair because I am scheduled over 44 hours per week
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a really awesome culture that our GM has helped create and nuture. He gives us SM's the power and support we need to lead our store
