Ever since they brought out this new commision structure no body is happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This new commision structure is not making any one happy you can hardy make commision in this job now and they commision also reduced and they wont pay out on upgrade at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managment team is good they will presure you a lot to sell and company wont give you anything in return. Most you can make in commision now is about 700 cuz of surveys
