Used to be a great place to work, now is so over leveraged for future projects and outsourced that I'm certain it will experience tremendous losses and employee erosion over the next 3-5 years

The interviews were simple and interactive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is not engaged to it's employee experience and has not made progress on infrastructure inefficiencies
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the 401k and match is quite standard. Company has expanded short term stock payouts and vacation time to attract or keep quality employees but hasn't attacked it's Operations issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders are kind and supportive; we are so small in number now that they seem overworked and their scope of support is extended beyond reasonable expectations. 20-25 reps per supervisor.
