Literally have ruined the company. Pay is lower, staff is nearly non existent and more and more job duties added with no incentive to even care anymore. Its really sad to see the company where it is and where its going.

Leadership from the top down. Decisions and dorection couldnt be worse. Hans Vestberg ruined ericsson and now Verizon.

Customers come last. Hour waits in store and over the phone. Everything is being sent overseas and the systems and processes are awful
