It's actually bad. They talk about work culture but it's extremely toxic

Actually getting a promotion. If you don't get promoted you probably won't stay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's too late ... Company got too big now they decide to cut pay for the front line make them do more work and have unrealistic quotas. Don't think I'm gonna work hard and sell for ya Verizon if you want to act like that.
