What does the leadership team need to get better at?
QA Executive Leadership needs to be overhauled. They undermine the QA manager's work it's very toxic. My direct manager is amazing, but those above him need to rethink what they are doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I haven't had any increase in compensation for almost 2 years. I also have not been promoted ever despite having met my goals and having more experience than the person currently above me. Sometimes it just feels like Veratfore doesn't want to invest into their current employees.

The culture is interactive and fun. The office is a great space for people to interact and collaborate. But even when remote there are activities and monthly gatherings to help keep people engaged
