Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Our environment is fast paced, but we have a lot of opportunity to be creative and put ideas into implementation quickly.

The leadership team is very approachable, down to earth and open to hearing ideas and solutions from all levels/roles within the company.

Our company culture is fast-paced, but pushes us to get things done quickly, a phrase that is often used is progress, not perfection.

My team is the reason I enjoy coming to work every day. They are collaborative, creative and we have each other's backs. I trust them to get the job done and we are making an impact to help our sales team do their job better!
