Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. When we have activities and everybody speaks to each other when the chance is available
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should receive hourly raises after being here for a certain amount of time without being promoted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Victra defiantly does have a great cultural environment with Religion,Race, and Sexuality Victra defiantly has no slack there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The point system should be revised to maybe accommodate a little better than what is being now , to understand we also have a personal life outside of Victra, just to be fair the attendance is a little harsh even thou we all do have a job to do i think there should defiantly have a better solution.
