this is the best worst job in Greenville yall just be to nice to people here and the higher up pick and choose which people they want to say something too because they are so scared to get sued and as i said previously the repetitiveness is mentally draining at this job

nothing at all they dont help the repetitiveness in this workplace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its not even the pay really yawl just be getting off on people because of the percentages yawl are paying out yawl just pay the sups the remaining until the reps hit the last bracket (22%) and then yawl know this is the highest paying job in Greenville and yawl abuse that power
