Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. My team/dept works as a unit because the work we do requires us to talk, interact and be in unison with each other constantly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team here at our center is diverse in both in background and skill set. The leadership do a excellent job in data, keeping a inclusive culture and making the workplace inviting. However, the communication of information relevant to reps or other dept is not always given in a concise

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Market rate for some jobs in our center is higher at neighboring competitors. Some departments that do a lot of support for the center get a lot of responsibility handed with no incentive as the workload is increased. It makes loving your job that you love to do harder when you get more work
