Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The celebrations are great and getting together as a company is fun!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I love that i've had a raise every year, but I feel my work value and quality warrants a higher salary.

What makes you most happy at work?

The fact that I can work at my own pace, and the hybrid schedule makes it so much easier to have a work/life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I do a lot more than what my job initially entailed and I would prefer to make more than what I do now.
