Great! More invested in us than Go was. More tools to achieve goals etc...

What makes you most happy at work?

The ability to make a difference in my reps and customers lives!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

one of the few companies I have worked for that I genuinely feel like the culture is real and not a gimmick.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Heather is very invested in the team, and is always going above and beyond for my development as a leader, coaching and mentoring my team and just being there for us with anything!

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are the definition of a family here! everyone cares about each other and their families etc.. We are quick to help by taking another shift to cover for illness or emergencies and quick to help each other with best practices etc..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the commission structure for GM's is fantastic if you can hit the goal. Some of it is under performance some I fell is gross miscalculations. Also it is a lot of work to be a successful GM in my opinion. Personally I'd rather see a higher salary than a 7.5% on a goal that's hard to reach.
