Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been life changing. I go home happy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We support each other like a family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When contests are being ran from corporate level

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication from avp and up.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have hand picked them. They do a good job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is up to me. The more effective I am, the more I make.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We like to celebrate the wins. You are appreciated for them. There are NO head games.

What makes you most happy at work?

The pace things move. Can't believe it is lunch time...Can't believe the day is done. Customer can be fun.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have a consultative approach. They give you a vision and then empower you to create and implement your strategy to get there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a manager, I haven't received a raise since I hired in. I realize your team can sell more, but, reps get annual raises. We haven't ever.

What makes you most happy at work?

Exceeding expectations set. Ironically, when goals are set too high, nothing is happy. Productivity falls because you can't be a people pleaser any more. I don't mean goals to drive growth. I mean goals set by a system that isn't taking all dynamics fairly.
