Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Having happy customers and people walking in the door.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun and actually have a bond, we can all run the floor full of customers alone and have good chemistry with our respective customers. Which all together puts a great work culture together when things are going good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have people at my store who come to see me solely, my manager screams at my customers and i still retain them and get them back in the door, i work extra hours, pick up shifts that are needed and get paid the bare minimum of 8.25. commission last paycheck was 1500 and i dont think my hourly was in
