Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. The company as a whole is great for the most part. My biggest complaint is the current pay structure for store managers specifically in green lo/green high stores.

Everyone is extremely helpful and encouraging no matter the situation.

My team are all very encouraging and quick to help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My reps and my managers help create a very positive and enjoyable work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders (todd, amanda, jeanine, etc) are all extremely helpful and encouraging. Any questions or shortfalls i have are address quickly and appropriately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a store manager, it is a bit disheartening to see reps within my store making similar or more money than me, when i am the one leading and supporting them.
