What are some of the best things about your team?

Loaded question. Needs to be more specific

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

To new to really say yet

What makes you most happy at work?

Sales, this is a job. Money!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When a green store Sr is making more then a manager.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Enthusiam. Imediat supervisor says to call or reach out when needed. This is somewhat of a slap in the face. As a new manager i feel he goes to the good selling stores and does not show up as much as he should. 1 month sense a last visit. Too much workload i see as a new manager comeing in.
