Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Its been overall very good, just a little disappointing as of late. None of us feel secure anymore and feel like we can be replaced at any moment.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The extra contest bonuses throughout the year

What are some of the best things about your team?

Reliability is key. I can leave them alone

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are always very open with each other and dont beat around the bush

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing the work i've put into the place and how i've turned it around

My fellow MGM's make me happy to go in. Theyre some of my closest friends now

What do you like best about the leadership team?

All of my leadership gives me an unreal amount of support. I have resources everywhere and I never feel alone

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're all like a little family. We look out for each otter and have each other's backs, especially when times are bad or upper leadership is coming down on us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I might only have 2 stores, but the pay i get is thousands of dollars less per year than that of managers with lesser sales targets, but have the same amount of reps.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and actual coaching, honestly. I think we've gotten into the realm of accountability and FCAD's all the time. The DM's have also had a big push to be super micromanagers and its turning off both reps and the MGM's and GM's

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are very welcoming to all people from all backgrounds. They do have good support systems in place for people who need it, and I love how close everyone is. I would take a bullet for my team, and for my fellow MGM's
