In person meetings and being able to speak woth eachother.

Camaradere, open to suggestions and willing to help. Great overall around people that care about their job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I belive that i am worth more personal hourly and an opportunity to grow within my space.

What makes you most happy at work?

A day with limited micro managing from my peers and nonstop traffic or a day over goal period.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think as a dual manager my salary should be no less than $60,000 where I live not including bonuses.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retainment through celebration, as well as promote within instead of having a potential canidate train their new boss. Also reach out to people that have passed a TTI and schedule an interview with the person so they have a chance and not just blow them off for a multi unit management spot.
