So far its been good. I am disappointed at how most meetings are just slide shows. I enjoy meetings that have more of a directive from the top followed by a uniform plan on how to exacute it with my peers and DM. I appreciate the fact that my DM has seen value in my skills and given me an opportun

What makes you most happy at work?
Money and building quality relationships with customers and building a new team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Im not sure ive seen enough of the company to be fair. However sales people have fun and have high energy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The traing aspect is very good. Ive not met anyone higher in the company than DM. I dont believe I can answer this fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im in the early stages of changing positions however previously I felt that the roll I was in was a underutilization of my skills. Also there is no way that I should be paid the same hourly as my employees. Only getting paid 5% on sales with 13.5 is absolutely not enough for someone with a family
