I feel reps get paid more than managment with less risk and stress
What are some of the best things about your team?
My only team member is very good at her job! She does anything and everything to get the job done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hate going to work for the simply fear of my upper manager. Ive been promoted and im currently looking for other jobs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The message needs to start from upper managment, i didnt know any of the things i learned today. Ive been lied to my entire time at Victra by Aldo in Idaho E. Everything we have been doing is the opposite
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is very harsh on training. I learned all new ways on how to be a manager and the proper expectation of managment. My DM would rather yell than direct/guide us to be better. He will give us tasks and assume we know the best way to get it done when we dont.
